HIS WAY OF WORKING
Frédéric Karikèse is an atypical artist. He could understand why art is divided into different categories. According to him, Art is poetry, Art is a means of introspection, Art is a way to know oneself and the others.
Art is also a means to fight Death, to say that man exists.
Frédéric Karikèse shows what's good and beautiful but he does it in a very inaccurate way. He says that when he dies he will have passed on a message whatever the message. He firmly believes that the unseen reality is there to enable him to take what matters to him in the reality.
To him, a contemporary work of art is the portrayal of the one who created it. You don't need to understand it to appreciate it. He thinks that an artist is someone who is regarded as such by the people who are improwered by the society to regard him such.
Finally, Frédéric Karkèse is a big child who belongs to Art, as the puts it. Whoever likes to be into everything and is eager to pass one message is an artist.
